Arabiya Baina Yadaik 1A: Unit 8 – Conversation 2

Assalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh, dear students of Pondok Pesantren Tahfizhul Quran At-Taqwa Sukoharjo. Today, we continue our journey of enhancing our English language skills by exploring another insightful conversation from the esteemed kitab Al-Arabiya Baina Yadaik 1A, this time focusing on Unit 8, Conversation 2. In this dialogue, we will listen to several students discussing their aspirations for their future careers after completing their studies. This provides us with a fantastic opportunity to learn vocabulary related to various professions and understand how individuals express their future plans in both Arabic and English. Let us attentively engage with this conversation and broaden our linguistic understanding.

CONVERSATION 2 (ABY 1A – UNIT 8)

اَلطَّالِبُ الْأَوَّلُ: مَاذَا سَنَعْمَلُ بَعْدَ الدِّرَاسَةِ؟ The first student: What will we do after studying?

اَلطَّالِب الْأَوَّل: هَنِعْمِل إِيه بَعْد الْمُذَاكَرَة؟

اَلطَّالِبُ الثَّانِي: أَنَا أَدْرُسُ الطِّبَّ فِي كُلِّيَّةِ الطِّبِّ، سَأَعْمَلُ طَبِيباً، إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ.

The second student: I study medicine in the faculty of medicine. I will work as a doctor, if God wills.

اَلطَّالِب الثَّانِي: أَنَا بَادْرُس طِبّ فِي كُلِّيَّة الطِّبّ، هَاشْتَغَل دُكْتُور، إِن شَاء اللَّه.

اَلطَّالِبُ الثَّالِثُ: أَنَا أَدْرُسُ الصَّيْدَلَةَ فِي كُلِّيَّةِ الصَّيْدَلَةِ، سَأَعْمَلُ صَيْدَلِيًّا، إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ.

The third student: I study pharmacy in the faculty of pharmacy. I will work as a pharmacist, if God wills.

اَلطَّالِب الثَّالِث: أَنَا بَادْرُس صَيْدَلَة فِي كُلِّيَّة الصَّيْدَلَة، هَاشْتَغَل صَيْدَلَانِي، إِن شَاء اللَّه.

اَلطَّالِبُ الرَّابِعُ: أَنَا أَدْرُسُ التَّمْرِيضَ فِي كُلِّيَّةِ التَّمْرِيضِ، سَأَعْمَلُ مُمَرِّضاً، إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ.

The fourth student: I study nursing in the faculty of nursing. I will work as a nurse, if God wills.

اَلطَّالِب الرَّابِع: أَنَا بَادْرُس تَمْرِيض فِي كُلِّيَّة التَّمْرِيض، هَاشْتَغَل مُمَرِّض، إِن شَاء اللَّه.

اَلطَّالِبُ الْخَامِسُ: أَنَا أَدْرُسُ الْهَنْدَسَةَ فِي كُلِّيَّةِ الْهَنْدَسَةِ، سَأَعْمَلُ مُهَنْدِساً، إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ.

The fifth student: I study engineering in the faculty of engineering. I will work as an engineer, if God wills.

اَلطَّالِب الْخَامِس: أَنَا بَادْرُس هَنْدَسَة فِي كُلِّيَّة الْهَنْدَسَة، هَاشْتَغَل مُهَنْدِس، إِن شَاء اللَّه.

اَلطَّالِبُ السَّادِسُ: أَنَا أَدْرُسُ الطَّيَرَانَ فِي كُلِّيَّةِ الطَّيَرَانِ، سَأَعْمَلُ طَيَّاراً، إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ.

The sixth student: I study aviation in the faculty of aviation. I will work as a pilot, if God wills.

اَلطَّالِب السَّادِس: أَنَا بَادْرُس طَيَرَان فِي كُلِّيَّة الطَّيَرَان، هَاشْتَغَل طَيَّار، إِن شَاء اللَّه.

اَلطَّالِبُ الْأَوَّلُ: أَنَا أَدْرُسُ التَّرْبِيَةَ فِي كُلِّيَّةِ التَّرْبِيَةِ، سَأَعْمَلُ مُدَرِّساً، إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ.

The first student: I study education in the faculty of education. I will work as a teacher, if God wills.

اَلطَّالِب الْأَوَّل: أَنَا بَادْرُس تَرْبِيَة فِي كُلِّيَّة التَّرْبِيَة، هَاشْتَغَل مُدَرِّس، إِن شَاء اللَّه.
