Below is the conversation 3 from Unit 11 of Al-Arabiya Baina Yadaik Book 1B.أَحْمَدُ: أَيْنَ تَسْكُنُ الآْنَ يَا بَدْرُ؟
Ahmad: Where do you live now, Badr?بَدْرٌ: أَسْكُنُ فِي القَرْيَةِ.
Badr: I live in the village.أَحْمَدُ: لِمَاذَا تَرَكْتَ المَدِينَةَ؟
Ahmad: Why did you leave the city?بَدْرٌ: القَرْيَةُ هَادِئَةٌ، وَالهَوَاءُ نَقِيٌّ.
Badr: The village is quiet, and the air is clean.أَحْمَدُ: وَلَكِنْ فِي الْمَدِينَةِ جَامِعَاتٌ، وَمُسْتَشْفَيَاتٌ، وَشَرِكَاتٌ، وَأَسْوَاقٌ.
Ahmad: But in the city, there are universities, hospitals, companies, and markets.بَدْرٌ: وَفِي الْمَدِينَةِ أَيْضًا ضَوْضَاءٌ، وَتَلَوُّثٌ، وَازْدِحَامٌ.
Badr: And in the city, there is also noise, pollution, and congestion.أَحْمَدُ : لِماذا تَسْكُنُ في القَرْيَةِ، وأَنْتَ تَعْمَلُ في المَدينَةِ ؟
Ahmad: Why do you live in the village and you work in the city?بَدْرٌ : لَيْسَ هُناكَ مُشْكِلَةٌ.
Badr: There is no problem.أَحْمَدُ : كَيْفَ تَذْهَبُ إِلى المَدينَةِ؟
Ahmad: How do you go to the city?بَدْرٌ : أَذْهَبُ بِالقِطارِ.
Badr: I go by train.أَحْمَد : كَمْ تَسْتَغْرِقُ الرِّحْلَةُ إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ؟
Ahmad: How long is the journey to the city?بَدْر : تَسْتَغْرِقُ سَاعَةً وَنِصْفَ السَّاعَةِ تَقْرِيبًا.
Badr: It takes about an hour and a half.QUESTION
